GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting my website and reading about the events and products I offer in more detail

My name is Emma. I sell hand-selected ethically sourced crystals, magical gifts and my own unique handmade crafts. I am also an event host for larger scale indoor Mind, Body, Spirit & Craft Fairs which help to support 40+ small businesses

I began hosting events back in December 2022 as I was unable to join other local events due to selling crystals. As a result, it was impossible to establish my own business and to network alongside other small businesses

I give every exhibitor equal opportunity to participate by offering the chance to book their own space through my website on a first come first serve basis. I do not require an application form to be submitted for consideration before you can book

My main aim in hosting these events is to give other small businesses the opportunity to showcase their services/products/talents within the local community and to network together to create future opportunities for each other

I host events at Duxford Community Centre, Cambridgeshire. I hire a parking attendant to manage the car park for exhibitors and visitors as this ensures the smooth running of the events

My core values for each exhibitor are to support one another in a friendly, welcoming environment and to help each other grow. I absolutely love what I do but I could not continue to do it without the support of every exhibitor who participates in the events, for which I am extremely grateful

Each event will have some similar exhibitors, everyone deserves an opportunity to participate and everyone’s products vary. Please note that no exhibitor is given exclusivity at the events, not even myself

The types of exhibitors I am looking for include (but are not limited to) handmade crafts (i.e. crochet, papercraft, embroidery, macrame, needlework, pottery, wood carving, textiles etc), crystals, psychic mediums, tarot readers, candles/wax melts, artists, therapists, jewellery, reiki/reflexology, skin/body care, health & beauty, charity organisations, essential oils, cakes, floristry, metaphysical products, gifts & much more. If you specialise in something different from that listed above please email me to discuss further

PLEASE NOTE: under the hire agreement with the venue, the use of gongs, drums, rattles, musical instruments, voice amplifiers, microphones, speakers or playing your own music is not permitted by exhibitors. In addition, singing or chanting is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding

BOOKINGS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL IN ORDER TO SECURE AN EXHIBITOR SPACE

DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FROM EXHIBITORS FOR BOOKINGS I AM UNABLE TO HOLD SPACES OR TAKE DEPOSITS/RESERVATIONS. PAYMENT IN ADVANCE ALSO ENSURES ATTENDANCE BY EXHIBITORS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE

EXHIBITOR DETAILS

The exhibitor price per event date is £50. Each exhibitor space is for ONE table only up to a maximum of 6ft x 2ft. Please note that space is extremely limited and I am unable to accommodate any additional display stands/ladders/artwork walls/easels/card displays, clothing rails etc

Exhibitors are able to bring a business roller banner provided this is placed behind the table area

At Duxford Community Centre all exhibitors are required to bring their own table 6ft x 2ft (max). The venue does have a very limited amount of their own tables so if you would like one to be provided, please ensure you email me to see if one is available before booking as they are reserved quickly

I offer Clear Pay and Klarna at checkout to enable you to spread the payments for your bookings across multiple dates

If you would like to participate in any of the events, it is essential for you to read the “Terms & Conditions” link above before booking. Please note that for total transparency, once an exhibitor space is booked, there are no refunds for non-attendance or cancellation. I am also unable to transfer your booking to an alternative date if you are unable to make the original date(s) booked

Should you wish to participate, please go to the “Book an Exhibitor Stall” link and select the exhibitor category that best represents your type of business

I reserve the right to refund an exhibitor should I feel they have not booked under the correct category or that the products/services are not suitable for the events

 

 

EVENT ADVERTISING

The events are advertised across local media outlets, event websites, social media (Facebook/Instagram) and in local magazines/newspapers

In the lead up to an event date, it would be appreciated if exhibitors can please like and share my own event poster(s) on their social media. By working together we are able to promote the events as widely as possible to maximise both coverage and attendance

I am regularly asked about visitor numbers at the events. Please understand that NO event host can ever guarantee specific numbers, it all depends on a number of factors on the day. These events are offered free of charge to the general public to ensure as many people attend as possible and therefore exact numbers are not counted. However, as a general estimate it is around 200+. I undertook 8 events during 2023 and with each event, attendance numbers continue to grow

Please note that by booking an exhibitor space you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions.

 

BOOKINGS

Once you have booked your exhibitor space you will receive email confirmation. Please keep this safe for your records. Approximately 1 month before an event date I will send you a reminder email to confirm the venue details including wi-fi, address, arrival & departure times etc. Please ensure my email address is added to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all communication safely from me

 

CANCELLATIONS

As per my Terms and Conditions, please note that once an exhibitor space has been booked there are no refunds available for non-attendance/cancellation regardless of the individual reason. I am also unable to transfer your booking to an alternative date if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
